Client description: Zebra Telecom is the leader on the market of providing IP telephony services and one of the leading Internet access providers. Today Zebra Telecom is a comprehensive communication service provider operating on the corporate, consumer and inter-provider markets in nine regions of Russia. As of the middle of 2006 it is part of the Rostelecom group of companies.

Project Description
In order to organize efficient operations of the providers HR Department within a unified reporting system implemented by GMCS on the basis of BOSS-Kadrovik, company consultants conducted the reengineering or personnel management processes and optimized the algorithms of payroll calculation. Operations connected to calculating the payroll, forming the structure of the job index and making personnel and time-keeping records were automated during the project. Microsoft Dynamics AX integrated with the human resource management system, the billing system and the provider’s Bank-Client system. Project works completed in December 2007.
