Client description: Liviz Group– is one of the most successful producers of alcohol in the North-West region of Russia. The group includes “Liviz” Liquor and Spirit Plant (Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad region), ZAO “Liviz”(St. Petersburg) and “Livizo” Trading House.

Project Description
Project works in the Liviz Group were conducted by a joint team of SAP and GMCS consultants and staff of the IT-department of the company Liviz. Business processes were automated using the “Enterprise Resource Planning” solution (mySAP ERP), which is aimed at ensuring efficient strategic planning and rapid business development. As a result of the project SAP Business Information Warehouse solution and the Business-Planning and Modeling feature of the SAP Strategic Enterprise Management solution were installed. Project completed in October 2005.
