Implementation of an automated enterprise management system

Client description: Mining and Chemical Plant (MCP) — is a federal state enterprise appertaining to the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy (Minatom of Russia). Currently the main forms of activity of MCP are – transporting and storing spent nuclear fuel; generation of heat and electric power for the city of Zheleznogorsk, single-crystal silicone and medicine production, decommissioning of sites of the national defense infrastructure.

Project Description
GMCS conducted a project for the implementation of a full-featured SSA ERP system at the mining and chemical plant. As a result of the implementation of Finance, Warehousing and Procurement Management, Manufacturing function blocks the following business processes were automated: procurement management, storage and movement of commodity stocks and supplies; management of settlements with suppliers and clients, cash flow management, planning and control over financial and business activities, primary and auxiliary production management, end product sales management . A specific feature of this project was the large amount of customized solutions: management by business unit, management by source of financing, management and planning of costs for capital development. Project completed in 2006.
