Project Description
In order to optimize the processes of human resource management GMCS implemented an automated management system based on the «BOSS-Kadrovik» solution. Operations previously conducted manually, connected to calculating the payroll, forming the structure of the job index and making personnel and time-keeping records, are now automated and maintained within one system.
