Project Description
GMCS carried out the project for the implementation of a GLOBUS-TELECOM finance management information system. During the implementation of the project consultants of the system integrator automated reporting in compliance to Russian standards of bookkeeping, fixed assets accounting according to international standards, financial budgeting and running bids for cash asset, as well as the formation of consolidated statements. GMCS also automated settlements with suppliers and clients, customer relations, inventory accounting, production cost calculation and determining financial results by service. The system is based on Micro-soft Dynamics AX and the GMCS Telecom business application— a self-designed GMCS project, which accounts for the particularities of operations of a telecommunications company. The specialized GMCS application is integrated with the billing system and is compatible with other systems used by the service provider. Project started in spring 2007. Works on project implementation completed in autumn of 2007.
