Client description: VTB 24 — is one of the largest participants of Russia’s banking services sector, it is part of the international banking group VTB and specializes in services to individuals, individual entrepreneurs and small businesses. The bank’s network is comprised of over 200 branches and additional offices in large Russian cities.

Project Description
The key task of the project is to organize human resource management in the bank on a brand new level. During the project a new information system based on the SAP Human Capital Management solution shall be introduced at the bank. Implementation of the system shall allow VTB 24 to better automate key business processes related to human resource management, organization structure management, corporate reporting and preparing reporting for government authorities. The functionally new business application will cover personnel recording, time-keeping, payroll calculation, planning organization structure and planning job patterns. As part of the project the human resource management system shall be integrated with the bank’s system, Intranet portal and a number of other information systems of the bank.
