Client description: Varyeaganneft specializes in the extraction of oil and accompanying gas, as well as oil field development on the territory of the Khanty-Mansijsk Autonomous District.

Project Description
The project’s main goal was to optimize finance and material management at Varyeganneft and unify accounting in “Finance”, “Procurement”, “Warehouse Management” and “Sales” functional areas into a single system. MNCS consultants also successfully carried out works to set up multi currency accounting and GAAP standard reporting. GMCS participated as one of the contractors in the project for the implementation of the Baan ERP system at Varyeganneft. Industrial operation of the Baan ERP system at the enterprise started on October 1, 1999.
