About the client: Ascate is one of the leading and fastest growing Russian system integrators operating in the telecommunications sector. Currently Ascate clients are large and middle-sized telecommunications companies interested in a wide range of services in such areas as: OSS (Operation Support Systems), BSS (Business Support Systems), additional service providing systems, integration of systems and business applications, IT consulting. Part of the CompuLink Group as of 2004.
Project Description
The main goal of the project launched at Ascate was to increase the efficiency of interaction between existing and potential clients and of their loyalty level by means of developing an optimum cooperation design. In order to achieve this foal GMCS consultants automated the whole process of managing the company’s customer relations by implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. during the project GMCS also automated marketing campaign management. Currently the integrator’s CRM solution organizes information on clients, competitors, partners and contractors, as well as developing a set of reports on the sales situation. Implementation of the CRM-system was carried out in four months. The project was completed in the beginning of 2008.
