Project Description
In 1998 , having analyzed all IT-solutions for the management of similar manufacturers available on the market, the plant decided in favor of the Baan ERP product and GMCS as the provider of services for the system’s implementation. At AECP, GMCS launched the Finance system into industrial operation and conducted pilot operation of the Sales-Procurement-Stock subsystem. The project’s main target was achieved exactly on schedule and with minimum costs. Around 100 specialists of the plant’s various subdivisions work within the system.
