Development and technical support of the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system

Client description: About the client: he American Chamber of Commerce in Russia was established in 1994 as a public not-for-profit organization of American business communities conducting their activities in the Russian Federation. The Chamber currently unites 800 companies that account for over 90% of the Russian-American trade turnover and US investments in Russia. The ACC also has a branch in Saint-Petersburg and Representatives in Washington (USA).

Project Description
GMCS carried out a project for the development of the CRM solution created on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics at the American Chamber of Commerce. As part of the project a series of trainings were conducted for all of the Chamber’s staff. The aim of these trainings was to teach the Chamber’s new personnel to work within the system and to design a development for the solution’s functionality. The next stage in the works was the implementation of developed plans and the accomplishment of the following tasks: optimizing and upgrading analytical reporting, automating billing for various services of the Chamber, develop tools for flexible distribution of rights to work in the system; training the client’s personnel to independently resolve issues of maintaining and developing the solution. GMCS and American Chamber of Commerce cooperation in Russia is still continuing. GMCS specialists provide technical support for the implemented business application and offer recommendations on further development of the CRM solution. The CRM system development project was completed in January 2008.
