Client description: About the client: Algorithm Group is a Russian consulting holding company operating on the computer, telecommunications and Internet markets. The holding company was established in 1997 and has been offering a full range of consulting services: starting from news supply and up to individual aid in capturing the Russian market.

Project Description
The decision to implement an Oracle CRM system in Algorithm Group was made in connection to the necessity to update the company’s system of business portfolio management under the conditions of its growth and appearance of new forms of activity. The company’s strategy is aimed at ensuring client loyalty and increasing profitability levels of all lines of business. As part of the project’s implementation the activities of the market and sales departments were automated (Oracle Marketing Online and Oracle Sales Online modules respectively), and a transparent system of management accounting and reporting was created (based on Oracle Discoverer). System launched into operation in 2002.
