Project Description
Based on mySAP Business Suite solutions, the main business processes of AQUA VISION were automated: bookkeeping, tax and financial accounting, budgeting, material assets management, production management, sales processes management, technical services and equipment repairs, quality control, human resources management. The main particularity of this project was the fact that it was launched in an enterprise that was still under construction. This strategy was initially chosen by the company’s management and was mainly due to its orientation towards western standards of conducting business. The project’s main goals were to ensure comprehensive integrated support of all of the chains of the company’s business-processes, as well as a high level of production manageability, flexibility and transparency of the activities of the enterprise. Works on the project were carried out by a team of GMCS specialists over a period of 15 months. Project completed in October 2006.
