Client description: ADAMAS is a Russian producer of jewelry from precious metals. The client network of ADAMAS in Russia amounts to over 3000 wholesale and retail sales outlets, located from Kaliningrad to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Jewelry is officially exported to Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Moldavia, Kazakhstan.

Project Description
For ADAMAS GMCS consultants developed an IT strategy, as well as an information system development strategy. As a result of the project a perspective, valid and well-balanced strategy for the implementation of an automated management system was developed, which, when carried out, will create additional tactical and strategic advantages for the company. ADAMAS top management and supervision actively took part in the project in the form of business advisors. Project implemented at the end of 2005.
