Client description: GAZ Commercial Vehicle Plant – is the only plant in Russia manufacturing the widest range of light commercial vehicles, specialty equipment and spare parts. As of 2005 the plant is part of the automotive manufacture holding company – GAZ Group.

Project Description
GMCS is in the process of creating an automated enterprise management system based on Infor ERP LN (Baan 6.1) at the GAZ Commercial Vehicle Plant. Works are being carried out at the plant’s assembly line producing commercial vehicles on the Chrysler platform. The project involves automation of key business processes: financial management, logistics and production. A unique property of this project is the fact that the management system shall be unwrapped together with the launch of a new manufacture for the assembly of vehicles. Project launched in June 2007.
