Migration of the corporate enterprise management system

Client description: Ural Truck Plant is the main enterprise within the «Heavy Cargo Trucks» division of the structure of the Russian holding company RusPromAuto. At the moment the plant occupies leading positions among manufacturers of all-wheel drive cargo trucks.

Project Description
As part of the project at the Ural Plant, GMCS is carrying out the migration of the enterprise management system from the Baan IV version to Infor ERP LN (Baan 6.1). The main goal of the project is to expand the functionality of the system that manages the plant’s assembly. Project launched in June 2007.
