Client description: «VIM-AVIA» Airline is one of the leading domestic air carriers and holds one of the top positions in terms of passenger carriage through international airways.

Project Description
As part of the “VIM-AVIA” project GMCS experts successfully automated management accounting on the basis of the SAP Business One software solution. The solution is based on standard product functionality, which was expanded to better account for the particularities of air carriage with the following add-ins and functions: reference books containing information on aircrafts, airports and routes; archives of contracts for charter and regular flights; additional modules of “Planned schedule”, “Live schedule”, “Flight sales”, procedures for collective processing of documents on flights. Implementation of the project took a total of six months. The project is in industrial operation as of July 2005.
