Current activities of OJSC Tatneft are carried on the basis of a uniform production and financial policy aimed at improvement technological processes and financial management mechanisms in order to transform Tatneft into an effective vertically integrated company of an international level.

In this connection the company started a SAP R/3 introduction project early this year. GMCS' specialists are engaged to organize and manage this project in cooperation with IBS Co.

OJSC Tatneft is one of the leading enterprises of the Russian fuel and energy industry. The company's main activities are oil exploration, well drilling and oil field development, oil production and refining, sales of petroleum products, aftersales service, manufacture of metalloplastics pipes, car tires, cables and other products.
