GMCS and Tsaritsyno began their cooperation in 1999 specialists of the both companies proceeded to stage-wise deployment of a full-scale Baan ERP introduction project at the Complex. The project objective was to automate all business processes of Tsaritsyno under its main activity lines within a unified integrated enterprise management system. Since mid-2000 the complex proceeded to test operation of the new system and in January 2001 - to commercial operation.

Following successful launch of Baan ERP system into commercial operation, Tsaritsyno's managers decided to continue cooperation with GMCS, and was given the contract for development of a customized Business-Planning module. The main task of the module simulation of scenarios within a unified enterprise business plan, starting from sales forecasting, production program, purchase plans, budgeting of production works' and general economical expenses and ending with assessment of the company's financial plan in terms of forecasts of financial results, balance sheet, cash flow and financial/economical performance.

Tsaritsyno Meat Processing Complex is a leader in the Russian meat processing industry by production volume. In the last years the Russian Association of Businessmen and Entrepreneurs has been repeatedly awarding the company with special Steadily High Results award.
