GMCS Vice-President Ekaterina Voropaeva has been acknowledged as one of the most professional leaders according to the TOP-1000 Russian Managers rating held by the Association of Managers and “Kommersant” Publishing House. For the second year in a row Ekaterina Voropaeva holds one of the leading positions in the rating and is one of the TOP-5 directors in IT.

The TOP-1000 Russian Managers rating is a collaboration between the Association of Managers and “Kommersant” Publishing House going back to 2001. High interest and trust towards the results of this rating are due to the unconventional methodology of determining the winners, which allows to get an unbiased evaluation of a managers professional reputation. The rating is compiled on a “best pick the best” principle based on the opinions of independent experts – top-managers, representatives of business and social unions of the country. During the first stage of the study a primary pool of candidates is formed, then the list of the best professional managers, industry and business sector leaders is established out of over 3000 contenders.

The annual TOP-1000 Russian Managers rating held by the Association of Managers and “Kommersant” Publishing House is a tool of evaluating business reputation of the leading Russian top-managers.
