GMCS is in the top 20 largest HR Tech companies

GMCS (a member of the Maxima Group of Companies) took 16th place in the ranking of the largest solution providers in the Russian HR Tech market, prepared by TAdviser based on the results of 2022.

In 2022, GMCS revenue increased by 10.7% and amounted to 141.6 million rubles. GMCS specializes in integrated HR automation and implements projects based on Russian solutions WebSoft and BOSS-Kadrovik, HR-Link. The company's clients are Rostelecom, ALROSA, Unirest, United Brewery Holding (OPH), the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, FixPrice, etc.

According to TAdviser, the Russian HR tech market increased by 10% and reached 29.2 billion rubles. Experts consider this market to be vibrant, growing and showing great potential.

“Employees are increasingly involved in managing business processes through digital services. HR specialists are optimizing their work using artificial intelligence. Services for support and development of current HR systems and services, integration projects and custom development are in demand,” commented Sergey Safonov, Director of Integrated HR Solutions Department at GMCS.

Import substitution remains an important factor in the Russian HR Tech market. Most GMCS clients have either already switched or are switching from foreign systems to Russian solutions.
