GMCS is among the largest suppliers of CRM systems

GMCS (a member of the Maxima Group of Companies) took 12th place in the rating of the largest Russian suppliers of CRM systems, prepared by TAdviser. At the end of 2022, GMCS revenue in this area amounted to 272 million rubles.

According to TAdviser, the market for CRM systems in Russia in 2022 slowed its growth to 8% and reached a volume of 23.5 billion rubles. According to preliminary data, in 2023 the market volume is expected to increase to 28.2 billion rubles.

The most significant trends for the CRM market in the Enterprise sector were the departure of foreign solutions, import substitution of software and a decrease in the development of IT projects. In general, Russian CRM solutions have been actively developing and become more competitive. The government has also developed a number of measures to support the IT sector. As a result, by the end of 2022 there were many cloud CRM solutions and competitive boxed CRM systems on the market.

“There is growing interest in domestic CRM platforms and ready-made industry solutions. We expect a wave of new CRM projects based on domestic low-code platforms. The main growth factors are regulatory requirements regarding import substitution and restrictions on the acquisition or renewal of licenses from Western vendors. However, there are customers who continue to develop their CRM solutions using Western software and plan to expand their functionality in the next 2-3 years,” said Aurika Savchuk, Vice President of GMCS.
