ADAMAS Capital Jewelry Plant
As part of the project GMCS consultants developed an IT-strategy for our company, as well as an information system development strategy, using cutting edge information technologies and approaches. Adamas top management and supervision actively took part in the project in the form of business advisors. As a result a perspective, valid and well-balanced strategy for the implementation of an automated management system was developed. We thoroughly enjoyed working with such a professional team of consultants.

Amcor Flexibles
Implementation of the SSA ERP system at Amcor Flexibles in Velikiy Novgorod was one of the most economical and rapidly performed IT-projects within the Amcor group of companies. The project was being carried out on an extremely tight schedule: only five months passed from its start and up to the first industrial transaction within the system. Despite this and this is extremely important – we managed to avoid making any trade-off alternatives during the project’s implementation. And as a result we launched the financial module, fully integrated with the supply chain: procurement, sales, production and storage services. The SSA ERP system at Amcor Flexibles Europe is a corporate ERP system and this means that the system must operate in many languages. The work was completed on an extremely tight schedule thanks to our partner – GMCS, and cooperation with this company was a significant factor in our success. Personally I think very highly of the level of interest and professionalism of GMCS consultants, who supported our projects.

A prerequisite for the implementation of a CRM system was the need to systematize and analyze client information, which we have gathered during our time operating on the market, and the data base continues to be constantly updated to this day. By obtaining a new tool of relation management we will be able to increase our speed of reaction to our client’s demands whilst retaining an individual approach to solving client’s business tasks. At the moment we are reviewing options of further developing the system in terms of automating sales forecasts.

Frigorex Eurasia
The unique and complex nature of the project, which we were conducting together with GMCS, was contained in the fact that consultants were faced with the task of automating the management of the group of companies located in Russia and European countries. At the initial stage of the project it was necessary to create a Corporate Model of Operations that would take account of our requirements to the conduct of business and then spread it to other plants of the Frigoglass Group.
